Earlier this year I stepped back from nearly everything in my business to regroup myself. After 3 years of intense personal growth while building a business, I realized that I was reacting to everything because I didn't have a solid foundation. What is coming out of that is my most consistent, growing revenue I've had yet. 2026 might even be the first year I end in the black.

I've just gone through a similar phase since May, and yes, I do feel that the most difficult part in bulding a biz is hiring a "dream team".
