Love this! As someone who recently learned about Substack and is preparing to start with long form content this is great. I do not like posting on FB and IG. I love the pace here and the potential for depth and real alignment
This is a great perspective. I am new to Substack and am focused on engaging and supporting women in midlife on their wellness journey. This platform feels like a great place for that. I am still learning how to leverage its goodness and I love your breakdown. It will help me to evolve my approach. Thanks.
This is a perfect example of how you teach right alongside your students! Thank you for all you are doing to bring us along in your journey and now so generously share your convictions on Substack!
Thank you for re-introducing me to Substack in a way that felt approachable. I never would have guessed an online space could feel and inspire the way that this one does.
As a newbie to SubStack I appreciate your commitment breakdown. It feels refreshing to be here. Although I will admit that notes left me feeling like I had to create a highlight reel. Trying to think of it more like a mini public diary. It's only been a week, so I'm sure I'll figure it out.
I was excited when you first shared about substack as I knew right away it would resonate with me - and you so clearly outlines why with the "4 Agreements"! That is why I want to be here (and just started). Thank you for sharing and expanding my world in so many ways!
Yeeees! Long form content for the win!! And not cringy AI content. I think maybe I love this platform because it reminds me of the oldschool days of blogging but it’s been given a glow up 💫
I deeply connect with your 4 commitments. I love how Substack is about meaningful, long form content and creating real connections with humans. It feels like the home I was looking for to share what I was put on this earth to do.
Substack has helped me develop my voice, literally because am singing, understand my direction and creative vision better in life, and grow my confidence. My six months here have been a wonderful experience, with mostly authentic connection with genuine people.
I found my new home! I love having the chance to read instead of listen or watch (though I do love that you give people the opportunity to listen if they want). I read so much faster then I can watch, and I get distracted so easily when I am just listening. I miss being able to just read through something quickly! I am so similar in that I can't write a short blurb for social to save my life. It's going to become blog post length no matter what. I am so excited to be on this platform! Thanks for convincing so many of us to join.
I agree! Substack is thriving because it feels like the only platform that brings back community. Most of us are engaging with other writers and creators in a meaningful way, ways that never really existed with IG and YouTube. Love your idea of the 4 commitments!
Love this! The Four Agreements is one of my faves - the "Be impeccable with your word" agreement is very Substack vibes 🔥
Exactly! It is just different over here!

Yes yes yes. Lean in on your long form! That’s what I love too!

Right? Perfect timing. Kairos time, divine time I believe for all of us ignited women!
Thank you for sharing all of your knowledge and I’m loving your breakdown.
I’m new on Substack. Love this community! It’s been such an amazing place to be me.🤍

Yes! It took me a month to get into a rhythm. But that’s a great way to think of it!
It’s a home coming for me. So glad I found Substack and the connections and conversations we are making. Anita xx
