How I Made 2025 My Most Profitable Year (Without Posting Daily or Sacrificing My Life)
Read below or listen above xo
Seven years into building my business, 2025 was the year everything clicked.
Not because I finally cracked the algorithm. Not because I went viral. Not because I worked harder or slept less or sacrificed more family time.
Actually, it was the opposite.
2025 was my biggest and most profitable year—we’re talking seven figures added to the bottom line—and I did it by doing less of what the internet says you’re supposed to do.
Let me walk you through what actually worked.
What I Did MORE Of
I obsessed over client experience.
Most of my time went to client results and experience. Not content creation. Not social media strategy. Client results.
Our mantra became “Clients for Life”—and it showed up in the numbers. We hit 50-60% renewal rates year over year. When you keep clients that long, you’re not constantly scrambling for new revenue. You’re building something sustainable.
I got selective about my circle.
I joined a mastermind with 7 and 8-figure business owners who were still growing. Not people who’d “made it” and retired. People actively in the arena, building, learning, adjusting.
Growth begets growth. You become who you surround yourself with. This was non-negotiable.
I sharpened my convictions.
I stopped trying to appeal to everyone and picked my soapbox. Not a niche—a stance. What do I actually believe about how business should work? What am I willing to stand for even when it’s unpopular?
Turns out, bold convictions attract the right people and repel the wrong ones. Both are good for business.
I ditched imposter syndrome.
I stepped onto new stages. I became the leader my people needed instead of waiting until I felt “ready.” Spoiler: you never feel ready. You just decide to do it anyway.
I invested in mentorship.
I spent real time and real money learning from a mentor running a growing 8-figure business—someone who has both the business and the life I want. Not just revenue. Life.
This mattered more than any course or program I’ve ever bought.
I built the right team.
My entire team focuses on client results, delivery, and support. I still own marketing and sales—that’s my zone—but everything else? Delegated to people who care as much about our clients as I do.
I spoke to 750 clients daily.
Wait, what?
Yup. I implemented a daily private podcast. As we grew from 140 clients to 750 clients in one year, I needed a way to create deep connection at scale.
That daily podcast became the thread that held everything together. My clients felt like I was talking directly to them every single day—because I was.
I used AI and Human Design to accelerate client results.
The compound effect of combining AI tools with Human Design was staggering. More client wins than any other year. When your clients get results, they stay. They renew. They refer.
I made real-time adjustments.
We use a weekly Action Tracker to get constant feedback from clients. This let me adjust teaching and content in real time based on what people actually needed—not what I thought they needed three months ago when I planned the curriculum.
What I Did LESS Of
I didn’t rely on social media.
I didn’t post daily. I didn’t chase the algorithm. I spent more time creating content for my clients than for Instagram.
Strategic visibility? Yes. Social media hamster wheel? No.
I didn’t give up family time.
I went on 5+ vacations with my family. We bought a beach house so we could have even more time together in 2026.
Revenue went up. Family time went up. Both can be true.
I didn’t try to be an influencer.
I focused on being a thought leader instead. There’s a difference. Influencers perform. Thought leaders lead. I chose leadership.
I didn’t build evergreen funnels.
The market is too dynamic right now. Real-time sales events each month added $1M in incremental revenue this year.
Sometimes the “set it and forget it” approach isn’t the move. Sometimes showing up live and responding to what’s happening now is what works.
I didn’t chase shiny strategy syndrome.
Focus. Focus. Focus.
Simple business plan. Simple offer stack. Consistent repetition.
Boring wins.
What This Means for 2026
The foundation is set.
2026 will be bigger—not because I’m going to work harder, but because I spent 2025 building something that actually works. Something sustainable. Something that doesn’t require me to perform for algorithms or sacrifice the life I actually want to live.
And here’s the thing: this model works especially well for women in their second act. For women with real expertise who are done with the smoke and mirrors and just want to build something meaningful.
